Monday, May 11th we’re bringing in Guest Chef Yia Vang to cook alongside our very own Cristian De León and if you know Chef Yia… you already know this won’t be your typical dinner 😏

Chef Yia, known for his bold flavors, storytelling, and bringing Hmong cuisine to the forefront, is all about energy, creativity, and fire food 🔥

So what are we doing?
We’re taking your favorite gas station foods and flipping them into a full “fine dining” tasting experience 🍽️✨

This monthly dinner series is where we bring chefs together, get creative, and share something a little more personal with you all.

For this edition, we’re welcoming Guest Chef Kyle Lussier from .mn to cook alongside our very own Cristian De León for a one-night-only collaboration inside our Eagan location.

THIS WEEK EL SAZON TURNED 4!!! ❤️‍🔥🌮

If you would’ve told us 4 years ago that a little gas station kitchen would turn into all of this… We probably wouldn’t have believed you.

This hasn’t been easy.
There’s been a lot of long nights, stress, sacrifices, moments where we didn’t know how we were gonna make it… but we kept going.

Because of our family.
Because of our team.
Because of YOU.

El Sazón was never just about food.
It’s about people, cultura, and creating a space where everyone feels at home.

And somehow… here we are. 4 years later.
