Well, it’s not every day a Grammy award winning artist stops by MaMa’s Dahlia Farm. But as luck would have it, Victoria and her husband gave us a visit today. For those of you who know a little something about opera, you should look up and give a listen to Victoria Livengood.

For those of you who have shown interest. And for those of you who have just wondered but haven’t gotten around to ask MaMa’s Dahlia Farm online store is now open. Just Google mamasdahliafarm.com If you would like to grow or try your hand at growing the flowers I grow here on the farm. You can now purchase tubers from me on my website store! No there is no farm pick up. Yes I know you just live right down the street. I’ve tried this farm pick up thing too many times. Too many folks have had to cancel and my life to way to full to lose what precious time I have on canceled pickup’s it will all be through USPS.

To the two ladies who just left my farm with about $60 worth of flowers and left a five dollar bag of quarters. Please do not come back to my farm ever again very disappointing to work as hard as I work to make this farm what it is and provide the flowers at such an affordable price to have thieves, come to my property and steal from me.

Sorry Not Sorry. Just Couldn’t Help Myself. So I’m out in the Field doing a little Dead Heading and look what I stumbled across. I Just Love the Golden Hour of the Summer Evenings with All These Flowers. It’s just such Perfect Lighting. Look at This Thing!

Wow! The Opening of Our 4th Season. Hard to Believe.
Seems like such a slow Start. But l looked back through the Past Season’s and We Are Actually Pretty Much On Target. About 1/3 of the flowers are Bloomed 1/3 Are Budded and 1/3 are Working so Hard to Join Their Friends. I am Officially Opening the Field Today for the 2025 U-Pick Season! Here are just some of the Pretty Ladies that are Ready to Pick! Including Our NEW Addition Sun Flowers!
