Join us on Sunday, June 21 at 9:30 AM for a peaceful morning among the lavender as we welcome the Summer Solstice in together. ☀️💜

Created especially for women, this gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy meaningful connection in community. Through gentle nervous system reset practices, we’ll create space to restore, reflect, and recharge for the season ahead.

This experience is guided by Luisa Ortega, founder of The Pretzelyoguis Method™, with 16 years of experience creating wellness experiences that support emotional well-being, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation for children, families, and women.

Come breathe in the lavender, soak in the golden light of summer, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and renewed.

It’s looking like a sunny weekend ahead ☀️

Come out and catch some rays while picking some lavender for you or a friend. We will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm. We have tables to enjoy a picnic on with friends, an amazing view of Mt. Hood, and we are close to the Clackamas river if you want to make a day of it.
