Inspired by one of our favorite movies “Chef”, we decided to tackle making carnitas using a pork shoulder! After soaking it in brine we rubbed our original flavor enhancer all over and turned out amazing! We also made corn ribs and sprinkled some of our original flavor enhancer on that as well. 10/10 - out of this WORLD!!! 🚀

Been working on this pork shoulder since 10 last night. Brined it for 8 hours and then used our original seasoning. Going to make some out of this world carnitas with Katherine’s brother, Jonathan, and his wife, Kelsey tonight! 🔥🚀

Today was perfect for trying something new on the smoker! I smoked two turkey breasts with potatoes - one seasoned with Original Seasoning and the other with Steak Seasoning. It turned out incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily one of my best smokes yet! Grab your own seasonings and give it a try!
