I know it's been a long time. We had not wanted to do anything during winter and instead focused on another business venture we can do with the kids during the colder months (more details coming soon!).

For now however, we are available for custom orders/catering.

Made some prime rib that was to die for over Christmas Break.

I know we've been quiet the past several weekends. We are likely not going to do anything the remainder of the year.

We are currently looking at buying a food truck and exhausting all of those options to make this more of a permanent thing.

We won't be able to have anything planned for this weekend, but I do have some people interested in prime rib. If I can get a few more people interested I can offer a smoked prime rib, with au jus, roasted vegetable medley, baked potato and a homemade horseradish sauce to go along with the prime rib.

It would be a thick cut and around $30 for a box. If you're interested please let me know. Otherwise will continue with pulled pork for next weekend.
