To Our Amazing Bamos Grill ‘Ohana,

With full hearts (and maybe a few tears), we’re announcing the closure of our brick-and-mortar location in Eagle Mountain. This has been more than a restaurant—it’s been a family-run dream, built on love, late nights, island flavors, and the support of an incredible community.

From the very first plate to the last musubi, you helped turn our little dream into something unforgettable.

We are SO grateful for every plate you ordered, every cookie you raved about, and every kind word you shared.

But don’t count us out just yet… 👀🌴
We’re already cooking up something new—think wheels, grills, and island vibes on the go. That’s right, a Bamos food truck might be rolling your way soon!

We thank the for the opportunity to grow and plant our roots here in Eagle Mountain. We will be doing one last big celebration on July 19th, let's go out with a bang. More info to come.

A year ago, we proudly opened the doors to Bamos Grill.

We were just a family who loved to cook, hoping people would come try our food. And yesterday, we celebrated one year of being open — surrounded by friends, family, and the community that made this possible. 🤍

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for showing up, for cheering us on, for standing in line, and for making Bamos feel like home.

To our four daughters — Brook, Aleigha, Mariah & Olivia — we named this business after you, and you’ve carried it with heart, grit, and grace. We love you more than words can say.

To our incredible team, to the beautifully talented dancers who performed, to our local friends Smash Lemonade for coming through, Neti Taumoepeau for the beautiful decor, and to our newest partners — The Utah Pacific Islander Chamber of Commerce and The Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce — thank you for believing in us.

We’re grateful for the amazing people who have come through or doors this first year. Here's to year two — may it be even more delicious than the first. 😉

Hey friends!! With the Ranches Golf course being closed today due to weather, we decided we wanted to offer our family platters to the public! These platters are a half pan of rice and teriyaki chicken. They feed 5-7 people, or work great as meal prep for the next few days for only $39.99. We will have these available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.
