If you haven't tried Mekiko Hawaiian Asian Fusion Food Truck, you're missing out.

🔥Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The teriyaki chicken had the perfect char, the orange chicken was crispy and packed with flavor, and the noodles were great. And you can never go wrong with a Spam Musubi!

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Eagle Pass area. We'll definitely be back!
