Second crop, coming out. These small green clusters grow on the lateral shoots — side shoots off the main cane — and they set weeks after the primaries, so they never catch up. If they ride into the bin at harvest, they bring green flavor and hard acid to fruit that’s otherwise ready. So we walk the rows and clip them off, one at a time.

Meet Enchanté. ✨

Our 2024 Sparkling Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir from Block 1A, whole-cluster pressed on a gentle Champagne cycle and fermented low and slow in stainless steel to keep every bit of its bright red-fruit lift.

Fresh strawberry, citrus blossom, a whisper of brioche. Meyer lemon and green apple on the palate, a fine persistent bead, and a clean, mineral finish that lingers with citrus zest and soft florals.

Brilliant, precise, and made to be opened for no reason at all.
