And that is all she wrote for Entity Brewing in Alaska.
Honestly, after all these years the support, interest and community still fuel so much passion and give such everlasting perspective. I can not even begin to say how much I appreciate every one of you. So much input, so many laughs and brews. I will cherish all of it through the rest of my career. And as far as Entity?
We're not done.
A relocation to the lower 48 will likely increase our curiosity into exploring new recipies and even hammering down more traditional styles.

After a long, long slumber. This is our 58 month aged blend of 60% Black barleywine/Belgian Tawny port aged barleywine(80/20) and 40% 10 hour boiled origional recipe for "Left in the Dark".

This is 2025 Cuvee De Entity.
Yet another chapter into the skilled art and technique of recipe and barrel blending.

At 12%abv this deep dark caramel delight is a much more mature and deliberate beer compared to the first. Taking care of using the feedback, aging notes and recipe design ideas to bring this beer its much deserved spotlight.

We took what we liked about batch one and kept it; big smokey and caramel barrel notes of whiskey and oak. A bright balance of molasses, chocolate, caramel and smooth oak on the pallet. And last but not least, a lingering depth of body that persists with savory notes of plum, raisins and vanilla.
This time turning up the body, correcting astringentcies and rounding out flavors. It's truly something special for only having come out from a single barrel.

BREW DAY

Today we're cooking up something big...
Something we wanted to barrel aged the first time we released it and now it's time it gets the barrel aged treatment.
Today we bring back a beloved Belgian Quadruple named after someone many beer nerds in the community know and respect; Clark.
A bold, decocted, and meticulously fermented strong ale with layers of 100% Belgian and German malts, German hops, and traditional candi sugar. Boiled longer to achieve the complex malt character that will set up incredible esters and phenols in the final product.

And coming in at 9%abv welcome...
Super Ripe TIPA.
We kegged up our fun little IPA project!
A lower than normal abv Triple IPA fermented quite warm with incredible Ester promoting yeast strain from Imperial Yeast!
Fermented on Mexican vanilla beans and kegged up with toasted coconut this DDH Hazy was hit with rounds of El doraro, lupomax mosaic/Citra and triumph hops to give it a difinitive burst of danky mango, melon and some berry notes that really makes the beer sing.
Smooth and full a ripe nose of melon and mango creamsicle with a creamy finish that isn't too sweet and just dank enough to check off that ipa bite!

Now time to enjoy, cheers!
