I have 4 very nice racks of Plate Short Ribs (Dino Bones) I will sell at my cost ($10 per pound). They are all wet aging in the same bag and I don’t care to open and repackage them. I’m not quite open for the season yet, contact me if interested. Cash only, my CC reader is not set up yet.

Hi Bull Market followers! I’m trying hard to get open before the holiday weekend … my gimpy knees are making for a bit of a struggle.

But when I do, I will once again carry the best meat in the Northwoods 👍

Looking for interested carnivore volunteers with a general knowledge of meat cuts to lend a hand in the shop on Fridays or Saturdays. I say true carnivores, as compensation will be in the form of meat. 🥩
