🥂Must be 21+ to follow! There are over 3,100 whitewater miles in the state of Idaho. Our story started in a canyon and has had many meanderings through a fraction of those thousands of miles. The sparkling wine we make is our tribute and thanks to the whitewater that has shaped our story. We are Idaho's first sparkling winery and we focus on old world methods for traditional method sparkling wines; think re-fermented in bottle, hand riddled, hand disgorged.

We had such a wonderful time at our 2026 Fall Release Party and our first ever Sparkle Party! We didn’t get many pictures because we were too busy hitting the dance floor and enjoying the evening with you all!

Another big thanks to 36th Street Event Center for hosting us in their beautiful space! Cheers to another successful Fall Release, we couldn’t do it without you 💛

The bad news: we’re officially SOLD OUT of our 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. tasting times!

The good news: we still have plenty of tickets available for the 12:00 p.m. tasting and our evening Sparkle Party! ✨

Wow, what a night! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our third annual Cochelet Dinner this Saturday! We had the best time celebrating the end of harvest, pouring our new releases, spending time with all of you, and enjoying an incredible meal curated and catered by Sw**e Thyme🧡 and to top it all off we were lucky enough to enjoy a full harvest moon!!
