S’mores Cookie bars!
1-13oz Marshmallow fluff
4 cups All purpose flour
1 sleeve Graham Crackers (crushed)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 sticks of butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp real Vanilla extract or paste
1 king size Hershey bar grated or chopped
1/2 cup milk chips
1/2 cup semi sweet chips (I. Used chunks!)
1 bag mini marshmallows
Directions- preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9x13 pan
Beat softened butter and both sugars until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat until well combined.
Add crushed graham cracker , mix until combined
Sift dry ingredients, slowly incorporate .
Half the dough and wrap . Chill for 30 minutes( make sure one ball is noticeably bigger than the other)
Press large dough ball all across pan. Top with grated chocolate, milk chips and semi sweet chunks. Use silicone spatula to press chocolate into bottom crust.
Spread thick layer of marshmallow fluff all over, top with mini marshmallows.
Roll second dough ball evenly to cover marshmallows
Bake until golden around 35-45 minutes ! Let cool slightly and enjoys ❤️
