 Trying to get cleaned up and assess all the damage hopefully I don’t have to go to the emergency room or anything

Got a customer needing a shop to set up as a body shop.
Owner is selling his current building

A paint booth would be a plus.

Rent or lease to own would be great

He’s in the fountain inn area but willing to look at anything right now..

He is a great guy

Wow, wish we had had stuff like that when I was turning wrenches
