Earthworks Unlimited is a fully licensed landscape company located in Easley, South Carolina with services extending throughout the upstate. We specialize in landscape design, installation of sod and plant material, and custom lawn management for both commercial and residential properties. With over 40 years of combined landscape experience and a team of certified turf grass specialists, you can expect the absolute best landscaping results. 🌿 Did you know how easy it is to make beet kvass at home?

This traditional fermented drink only takes a few ingredients and a little time!

Here’s what you need:

• 1 quart mason jar
• 1 medium beet, washed and chopped (skin on)
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• Filtered water

How to make it:

1. Add chopped beets to your jar.
2. Dissolve sea salt in filtered water and pour over the beets, leaving about an inch of headspace.
3. Keep the beets submerged and cover with a fermentation lid or a lid that can be loosened to release pressure daily.
4. Let ferment at room temperature for about 3–7 days, then refrigerate once it is deep red, bubbly and tangy!

🍎☕ Apple Pie Latte at Home!

If you haven’t you ever tried putting preserves in your coffee, this cozy fall latte might change your mind!

You’ll need:

* 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
* ½ cup milk of choice
* 1 tbsp apple pie preserves from The Trading Post😉
* ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
* A dash of cinnamon
* A splash of vanilla (optional)

To make it:

1. Warm the milk, apple pie preserves, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small saucepan.
2. Whisk well until combined, then froth until creamy.
3. Pour over your hot coffee or espresso.
4. Add maple syrup to taste and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Of course, serve in your favorite mug for ultimate coziness! 🍂
