Buffalo Shaved Ice Hawaiian Shaved Ice in Buffalo Hi!! I am Kathryn. I started Buffalo Shaved Ice in 2020.

I had three girls home during covid and I needed us to have a little fun that summer. My kind neighbors came over and before you knew it, I grew, and the rest is history!! I've grown to love this little summer business and I've loved meeting everyone who comes to support me!!
