Hello all,
I have put POTS on a bit of a hold as i learn how to be an organized and consistently productive adult... good things happening.
However, for now i am starting over in a way. Would really like to get down to the roots instead of just winging it which admittedly was exciting. Am now focused on growing Sugar Dwarf Sweet Peas really well. This requires a bit of fine tuning, seeing what works and what could be improved and repetition. I love these shoots because they are delicious and last for up to a month in the fridge and are still super fresh. not sure exactly why.
Anyways im growing peas and learning how to do that really well so i can make the whole thing work seamlessly. have gone through a really cool process and maybe within 5 years POTS will really be a thing. For now its just consistent work. If you want pea shoots ill be having some extra so let me know but otherwise thanks for your involvement on any level and all the best moving forward.

Hey y’all.
Will be doing the next phase of POTS.
Gearing up to seed for broccoli, radish, sweet peas and sunflower. Let me know if you’d like to try anything and I’ll bring you a free sample! ( in the Denver area)
Hoping to connect with some restaurants, wholesalers and more direct to consumers.
The only change so far is that I’m considering switching from clamshells to biodegradable bags for delivery.
If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement let me know!

Hey all,
Been getting down to a good flow with my normal job while trying to keep up with direct to consumer fulfillment. Has been a good practice in learning to balance.
Now that I’m a bit more stable in what I’ll be doing 630-3 I should be able to kickstart the next phase of my operation into a more consistent flow.
Thanks for all the support for those who have gotten me this far.
In the next section I’ll be putting out an online ad or two to generate more direct to consumer relationships and sending out a mass email to restaurants offering free samples.
If you know anyone in the Denver area who might be interested in buying pea, broccoli or radish microgreens for themselves or anyone who would like to buy bulk and would like some samples, please send them my way and I will give you some kickback off of any sales I make 🙂 👍
