we love to play with new hop varieties and products here at milieu but it’s even more enjoyable when doing it with friends. Off Script Brewing came in to collab on our first fresh hop b**r with Crosby Hops.

these fresh hops deliver a bright citrus and stone fruit character that is hard to pass up.

we also had an amazing experience touring Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon a week back. the hospitality and selection experience has us getting excited for the b**rs to come.

year 3 of the annual collab with TightKnit Brewing Co. and we brewed up Yacht Club! a crisp, hop-forward West Coast Pilsner built on a foundation of 100% Yacht Rock malt from Troubadour Maltings.

this b**r brings together everything we love about modern l***r brewing—bright, clean, and endlessly drinkable—with the punchy hop character of a West Coast. keeping every sip refreshing enough to make you wish you were on a boat or at least in a pool.

this b**r was brewed for Full Frame B**r inaugural Yacht Rock Festival that is taking place tomorrow. go show them love and get tickets today!
