Smoke up some ribs today for the superbowl. Used some new seasonings and used an old Cross family recipe.

Merry Christmas everyone…we are smoking a prime rib today, using a new temp probe from ThermoPro so we will see how that works out. And using beef broth and onions for the steaming liquid. It’s going to be a long four or five hours.

When it comes to BBQ competitions, we don’t just beat the competition…

We eat the skulls of our enemies. 💀🍖

Skull-shaped meatloafs are locked, loaded, and ready for battle tomorrow! We just hope the judges like their skulls smoked, sauced, and slightly brainless. 💀🔥

Tomorrow’s final 2025 BBQ Competition is at Route 65 Pub & Grill in East Bethel.

They’re hosting a full day of football fun while throwing in a BBQ showdown. Game will be on, plenty to do, and good times all around. 🏈🔥

🍖 Rib tasting starts at 2PM, but as always, we recommend getting there early — tickets do sell out!

Can’t wait to smoke our competition tomorrow! 💀🔥
