Had a lovely visit from one of my nieces this week! With her chickens, goats, bees, and horse at home, she’s always eager to learn about the fruits, veggies, and flowers on our homestead. 🌱🌸

Last year around this time, my arms were overflowing with blooms from my morning walks. 🌼✨ It was a relaxing morning in the garden. The zinnias are finally bursting into bloom, adding splashes of color, while the mini sunflowers are reaching for the sky, cheerfully soaking in the sun. 🌻💛 Our Little Free Library is stocked and ready for book lovers of all ages to find their next great read! 📚💕 And I even squeezed in some time to crochet a few mini floral bags. 🧶💖

As much as I relish these moments, I’m still waging a battle with the pesky weeds and navigating this weird growing season. 🌱🤔 Anyone else feeling the mix of joy and challenge in their gardens this year? Let’s encourage each other through the blooms and the battles! 🌿💪

🌻✨ Perfect weather today! I spent some time weeding and working on bouquets. Custom preorders have truly been a lifesaver this season, helping me stay intentional with my bouquet-making.

The Farmstand is set up today with an assortment of fresh flowers, adorable small crocheted bags, and don’t forget our little free library! 📚

🌼 From now until mid-October, I plan to have flowers available on the stand every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If I can stock up on other days amidst my busy schedule, I’ll definitely announce those bonus days right here. Thank you for your continued support! 💐💕

🌼 Hi Flower Friends! 🌼
We hope you all had a wonderful and safe 4th of July weekend! Last week, we took some time away to celebrate Nichol’s Grandfather’s life, and we appreciate your patience during our absence.

Now that we’re back, it’s time to tackle the weeds and get back into our routine. We’re excited to share that our very first sunflowers of the season are blooming and will be brightening up the stand today! 🌻✨

🌸 Peony season may be winding down, but what a stunning season it has been! I’ve been busy sharing these beautiful blooms with as many people as I can before they fade away.

Today, I’ve restocked the stand with the last of the season’s peonies—come and grab some while you can!
I’m also off to surprise my boss with some freshly cut open blooms as a thank you for being so amazing!

And a heartfelt Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there supporting our stand! Whether it’s for a birthday party, an event, or a special gift, we appreciate all that you do. Enjoy your day!

Happy National Red Rose Day! 🌹 This morning, I took a stroll through the gardens and felt a wave of joy as I saw the red roses in full bloom. It reminded me of a dear friend who passed away in 2022. She gifted me a red rose bush and asked me to keep it for myself, to enjoy and remember her. Though she’s no longer with us, seeing those beautiful roses today filled my heart with warmth and nostalgia.

While there may not be red roses on the stand today, we do have freshly cut peonies and mixed floral bouquets.

Perfect for brightening up any space! 🌸

Please tell me I am not the only one who has checked out a book from the library only to find out (months later) you own the book and it has been sitting in your TBR pile. 🤦🏼‍♀️ In the beginning of the year I read this title and completed a matching granny square for my 2025 book blanket. 🌿 Our stand is overflowing with floral beauties, showcasing blooms in every stage from fully opened to the delightful marshmallow stage.
📚 The little free library book box is fully stocked, thanks to some amazing friends who contributed some new reads yesterday. You can expect to find a delightful mix of middle grade, young adult, and adult reads.
🧶There are also still a few charming crocheted floral bags waiting for new homes.

Come take a look and let’s spread the joy of nature and stories together!
