Mango Coleslaw Adobo Burger with Double cooked Fries Recipe:
Ingredients
4 Brioche burger buns
8 oz Beef Mince
3 tablespoon adobo blend: SE-CHLI-SCC-NO-000 adobo blend code
1 head of Red Cabbage
1 Mango
2 limes
2 tablespoons apple cider
1 bunch of fresh Coriander
1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
1 lb. Potatoes
Method
Mix well adobo blend with beef mince, rest in the fridge for 2 hours. Shape it and cook both sides on the griddle.
Shred red cabbage, cut the mango into cubes, roughly chop the coriander.
Mix cabbage, mango, coriander with apple cider, set aside for 20 minutes. Mix with yogurt.
Peel and cut potatoes, boil for 3 minutes, drain, dry, and fry.
