The 2025/2026 Rinaldi Garlic Planting season is over. We got 12,000 plants in the ground last week with some help from Bailey Rinaldi, Jay Rinaldi, Ann Little and of course Robert & Louise Rinaldi.

It has been a crazy spring/summer for Rinaldi Garlic. Big rain early in the spring, followed by record heat.....but I THINK we are going to be ok. Here are a few pics.

The first is late April/early May with very wet fields.

Next, using an old Ford tractor and a vintage disc harrow to turn in soil for this fall's planting. This area is in buckwheat cover crop now.

Late May / early June - a man out standing in his field.

Mid June - cutting scapes in the late-day sunshine.

I'll post more photos and keep you updated. Expecting a slightly early harvest.

We have been doing soil fitment (read rototilling and rock & w**d removal! ) over the past few weeks. Also Rob Jr, Mema and Pops have been opening up garlic to plant.

It all will start going in the ground tomorrow. Hoping to get 3-4 thousand done in the next few days. Then we won’t see it again until next spring!! The goal this year is 10,000 or so.

OK, so we have gotten our initial set of 2024 garlic orders. Many have already been shipped out. (I generally only put orders in the mail on Mondays or Tuesdays so they hopefully get to their destination by the end of the week.) I have a few orders to go out next Monday.

We have already sold more than half of our supply and have low quantities of a few varieties. If you HAVEN'T ordered yet, don't wait.

This is still going to be mostly old-school. Print out this updated order form, fill out what you want, and drop a check in the mail along with the form. If you don't have a checkbook (that is a crazy idea to me....but I know some people don't) I could send you an invoice via PayPal that you could pay....however, I will add on 6% to the total to cover the fees and additional time.

We pulled all of our garlic about a month ago....it was a HOT harvest week or two, but looks like a good year. We got all 10k+ out of the ground.

We are NEARLY done with the curing/drying, so we will selling shortly. If you want to be on the email let, FB Messager your name and email. (If you got an email a few weeks ago, no need, you are already on the list!)
