According to our records, the Hall Family is currently in the 9th generation in East Dixfield, with our 9th generation including a 23-year-old who is headed to Scotland t

o begin her PhD program after receiving her master's degree in Ireland, and undergraduate degree from Yale University, and a 17-year-old getting ready for his senior year of high school. This translates into twelve (12) generations of Halls in the United States, but nine generations that have made East Dixfield their home. We are an operating organic dairy farm now in its eighth generation, milking more than 40 Registered Holstein cows. As members of New Page's Forest Management Assistance Program, we carefully harvest trees on more than 1,100 acres of land, and also tap our sugar maple trees in order to bring you our award-winning maple syrup. Maine maple weekend is here Saturday is coffee and 2 homemade donuts for 5$ Then on Sunday all you can eat pancakes ( plain or blueberry thank you Wymans blueberries) with sausage and baked beans with plenty of Hall Farms maple syrup for 13$ and kids under 10 are7$. If the weather is good to us we’ll start boiling at 9 also free samples of our maple soft serve ice cream while supplies last

Now that we’ve turned the calendar to March it’s time to think about the sweetest two weekends of the year. On March 15th we will open the sugarhouse from 8-12 for coffee and homemade donuts. 2 donuts and coffee is $5 along with our maple products for people who want to beat the crowd on maple weekend. On the March 22 is a repeat for all the people that missed the 15th. Then on March 23 is the official Maine Maple Sunday with our pancake breakfast from 8-12 and again this year Pineview Farm will be offering hamburgers and cheeseburgers starting at 1030 for everyone that likes burgers. But remember the sugarhouse is open until 2 so just stop by and hi. We will start boiling around 9 and hopefully it will be a long day. We’ll keep you posted as the season moves forward. We’ve been busy getting ready for Maine Maple Sunday! Breakfast starts at 8 and runs to 12. Pine View Farms will be cooking up some awesome hamburgers and cheeseburgers starting around 1045 or so depending on the weather. Saphouse hours are 8 to 3 and we will be boiling if mother nature allows. More information tomorrow stay tuned……

🥞 We look forward to the main feature tomorrow, MAINE MAPLE SUNDAY! We will begin our famous pancake breakfast at 8:00am - you won’t want to miss this! Not a morning person? Don’t worry we have LUNCH OPTIONS too! Starting at 11am we will have locally raised grassfed burgers and chili provided by Pine View Farm 🍔 - and don’t forget we have soft serve maple ice cream for dessert. 🍁🍦

OUR FAVORITE WEEKEND of the YEAR! Don't let the weather forecast hold you back, we are prepared for an AMAZING WEEKEND. Our new facility is finalized and we are up and running!

From our FAMOUS Pancake Breakfast to all the tasty samples and fresh MAPLE SOFT SERVE Ice Cream we have an action packed weekend waiting for you!

Can't make breakfast? No problem, we have added a DELICIOUS lunch option on Sunday to avoid the breakfast rush, or even stay for a second meal! Fresh, Locally Raised, Grass-Fed Burgers and Homemade Chili is on the menu! Local food and local people, the only way to go!

SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND! Open Saturday and Sunday. The new facility is located less than a half mile from our original location, just continue past the farm towards Rumford and you will find us on your left!
