He’s so incredible!!! Soon to be 10 years old. 🙏♥️. He’s been in rut since May. 😳. He looked awful!!! I just knew he was gonna leave me. He would lay down with his back facing downhill and get cast like horses do. He would flop and frail around trying to get up but couldn’t. I’d go out and check on him during the night but he would be in a mess in the morning. I’d just get him up. ♥️. I’d try to love on him afterwards but I think his pride was hurt. He always makes up for it later in the day. ♥️. I’m still wowed by him when he moves across the pasture. ♥️. He amazes me with how tough he is. 🙏 At 10 years old, his body is still working like it should. He’s putting weight on. Recovering from rut. I’m not doing anything special to help him. He eats exactly what the others do. I’m amazed that he’s bouncing back so nicely. 🙏🙏🙏🙏. There’s not another buck on this planet that I want. Instead, I wish my boy could be immortal and live forever!!! I never dreamed that I would have him this long so every single day is like winning the lottery!!!!♥️♥️. To me, he’s the king of Nubian bucks. You will never convince me otherwise!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️
