It’s been a wonderful time
A chapter of no regrets
Just seeing what might happen

Thank you

The gifts were not of sales
But exchanging stories
and personal truths
Getting to know someone
More than
the average conversation

I have met
so many beautiful people.
All human existences

Deep sigh
So grateful
So lucky
To be trusted and
to be considered safe

You my friends
kept it possible
to finish what I had started.

I am not opening anywhere else and I am not sad.

I am so grateful
to the many
who truly had a conversation
with me
as we exchanged cash for goods.

I have been so lucky
to get to know so many people
in such human
and meaningful ways
So so grateful.

I will be out and about
in a different way.

I won’t be working 80 hours a week
I will be stopping
to smell the flowers
Get some fresh air
Visit my aging mom

If I tried to tag
all whom I would call a friend
I would be on FB for days

If we met for a day
Or we knew each other for years
I enjoyed our time together
