The first few runs of the season are over and we got some beautiful light golden syrup. Now the trees are producing sap that when boiled down is darker and has a more robust taste 🍁

With this warmer weather the pigsty is an icy mud mess but they are certainly enjoying these leftover apple scraps 🍎
