I (Kelsey) make beeswax candles from my dad's local honey hive beeswax, cold processed bar soap that's all natural and great for your skin and several other products. Along with these items we have a fully stocked farm fridge with raw A2/A2 cows milk. I am passionate about teaching the next generation to know how to care for and respect animals, as God intended. We are so blessed to experience new life as lambs and calves are born on our property. We also offer horse boarding.

All born this year. I've realized I need to get better at documenting my animals, their birthdates, pictures of their life progression and babies. I think I'll remember, then I spend hours looking back at photos trying to figure out which ewe had what baby and if I kept them or sold. We currently have 9 ewes. Looking for a good breeding ram for our 2027 lambing.

Dear diary,

Once again I feel I cannot handle this. I don’t want to go through this pain. But maybe, this is exactly where God wants me to be, even though I don’t understand.
Esther 4:14 “For such a time as this.” To be here for these specific children in need. Luke 22:42 “Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” I cannot selfishly give up when two innocent lives are counting on me for stability. Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart” even when it is a path of hardship. Zechariah 4:6 “This is the word of the Lord…not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord.”
No matter what, may they always see Jesus. Wherever they are. I will never stop loving them. This week I put my confidence in man, rather than trusting in the Lord.
Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, I will give you rest”. Please pray for us every time we come to mind, and please share verses of encouragement. I’m not sure how long this road ahead is, months, maybe years. One thing I know, God has an expected end, (Jeremiah 29:11) and nothing surprises him.
He’s always been faithful, He will be again.

p.s. I wrote much more, trying to explain the past several months, how much I love these kids, the injustice. The truth is, nothing I say could truly help anyone understand unless they’ve walked a mile in my shoes, I didn’t feel it was needed to share every detail.

One year during our fall event, you may remember the adorable little blond who sold handfuls of dirt to her helpless victims (I mean customers). We were unaware at the time, sorry if you paid her to have a handful of dirt that you didn’t know what to do with. It could have been worse, she could have swindled you into buying a pile of manure 😂 Maple and Jamison got the business handed down from Tristan who has moved onto bigger jobs. They said as they worked they were pretending to make money to buy cheese. So apparently cash or cheese are acceptable payment methods. 🤍
