Apples, caramel, and chocolate... yum! If that sounds tasty to you too, you won't want to miss these two fun events! This Sunday 10/11 starting at 5:30 is Campfires & Caramel Apples: We'll be telling tales about New England cryptids while enjoying hard c***r, caramel apples, and s'mores. The event itself is free to attend, but if you'd like to enjoy the Build Your Own Caramel Apple and S'mores Bar, we're offering two pre-purchase ticket options for a more complete campfire experience. Tickets are in our bio and on Eventbrite.

Next Friday night 10/16 is our C***r & Halloween Candy Pairing at Yankee C***r Co., featuring a flight of 6 of your favorite Halloween candies expertly partnered with a Flight of Six hard c***rs. This event is perfect for celebrating Spooky Season with your favorite person, but no at-the-door tickets are available! Pre-purchase with tickets in our bio and on Eventbrite.

Gotta catch'em all... Or is it drink them all? Something like that... Our favorite giveaway of the year returns this year for ***rMonth, which officially starts today with the beginning of our Bartender Trading Cards being available. There are 9 cards to collect this year, with participation prizes at 3, 6, and 8 different cards. Each Yankee C***r Co staff member has one and you can grab one any time that person is working behind the bar at the Tap Room, the Winery on Town Street, or at various farmers' markets throughout CT. Our tap room is open for beverage service including tastings, glass pours, bottle sales, and growler fills. We fill any clean growler, even if it's not our own! Visitors are always welcome to bring their own seating and snacks to set up in a corner of the field or orchard; wherever they may choose to. Current hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 8 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 8 pm.

And if you're joining us tonight for Not So Obvious Trivia, you may put yourself ahead with not just a sneak peak into one of tonight's categories, but a chance to get an extra trading card to get you closer to a full set and being entered to win the grand prize! Ever wondered how our hard c***r is made? What about the best apples to use? If you've ever had a burning question about c***r that you wanted answered, there are two (2!) chances during National C***r Month. The first is this Friday, October 2nd at our National C***r Month Kick-Off Event at Yankee C***r Co. We have a new c***r flavor, an apple tasting, a C***r Maker Q&A, and also Keg Bowling! There are some great prizes for those who compete!

If you're looking for something a little more low-key though, you'll want to register for our Potluck Dinner With A C***rmaker at Yankee C***r Co event on October 10th. Weather permitting, we'll set up in the orchard for a potluck dinner among the apples. We'll make sure everyone has an entree and dessert, but attendees are encouraged to bring a dish of their choice. Enjoy some food, hard c***r, and a chance to ask your unanswered questions about the c***r making process while you dine with our c***r makers.

Some things are just better when you bring them together: warm caramel, toasted marshmallows, crisp apples, a glass of c***r, and a campfire to gather around.

Join us October 11th from 5:30–7:30 PM for Campfires & Caramel Apples!

We'll have the fire going and the c***r pouring, with a Build Your Own S'mores & Caramel Apple Bar where you can put your own spin on a couple of classic campfire treats. Then settle in and listen to some of Connecticut's strange stories and local legends. Somehow, they always seem a little more believable when you're hearing them around a fire.

The event itself is free to attend, but tickets are required for the S'mores & Caramel Apple Bar. Use the link in our bio and get your tickets on Eventbrite. Tickets include a glass of hard c***r and your choice of caramel apple, smores, or both. Come hungry, because you'll get to build your own treats exactly the way you like them with lots of fixings!

Gather around the fire, enjoy some c***r, make something sweet, and stay for the stories. Just be sure to keep an eye on where that trail into the orchard leads after dark.

What happens when your favorite Halloween candy meets your favorite c***r? Find out on October 16th at 6:30 PM at our C***r & Halloween Candy Pairing at Yankee C***r Co.!

We'll take some classic Halloween treats and pair them with a selection of Yankee c***rs, exploring the surprising ways that sweetness, tartness, fruit, caramel, and spice can bring out something completely different in each sip and bite.

Part childhood nostalgia, part adult Halloween fun, this event gives you the perfect excuse visit the candy aisle: But this time with a glass of c***r in hand!
