Connecticut's Farmers' Markets are starting up! Find us later today at Ledyard Farmers' Market, tomorrow at Wethersfield Farmers' Market, and on Sunday in the upper field of Coventry Farmers' Market for "BBQ and Libations". Bozrah Farmer's Market and Old Saybrook start in July!

We bring a different hard cider and Staehly Farm Winery fruit wine for sampling each week, with many of your favorites available for purchase by the bottle!

Memorial Day is considered by many to be the official kick-off of summer. But more importantly it's a moment to honor and reflect on the extraordinary commitment and courage displayed by those who have fallen in the line of duty. We take a moment to thank them, as well as our active and veteran service-members, for their service to our country and their sacrifice. We will be CLOSED on Memorial Day, Monday 5/25. 

The tap room is open for beverage service including tastings, glass pours, bottle sales, and growler fills. We fill any clean growler, even if it's not our own! Grab your bottles and growlers to fill for your family gatherings!

Current tap room hours are Thursdays & Fridays 4 to 8 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays 12 PM to 8 PM. Visitors are always welcome to bring their own seating to set up in a corner of the field or orchard; wherever they may choose to! A reminder that we will be CLOSED on Memorial Day, Monday 5/25.

Blue skies and rich dirt mean we're back to our "summer" hours! That's right: We're open TODAY and Fridays from 4 to 8 PM, and every Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 8 PM. And even though we may be on "summer" hours, our tap list is pure Spring with lots of your favorite flavors!

Swing by this weekend and catch a glimpse of the end of the apple blossom season as well - The orchards are blooming! And they'll be blooming for many years to come with the addition of some exciting new apple varieties that we've grafted and will be planting into the orchard very soon.
