Three words can change your life. “You’ve got cancer” are 3 words one never wants to hear. I heard them on March 23- my life forever changed. Mammograms do save lives- without my yearly testing, there’s no doubt the outcome would have been much more difficult. I fought back and on May 11, I had a double mastectomy. Luckily for me, no spread to my lymph nodes but 2 tumors in my breast tissue that was removed. I’m recovering well and I want to pay it forward. Please join me walking with my team or my donating.
