Hands-on workshops; chicken butchering/homesteading skills, welcome campers to share in our journey. Hatched from Happiness started with the arrival of our first set of chicks in the spring of 2020. Our son came up with the name as we gathered eggs and decided to share the bounty with friends. Since then our flock has grown to include more layers and meat birds. We are also learning to grow vegeta

bles, herbs and learning self sufficiency. Our first set of meat birds (chicken and turkeys) have been butchered and stocked in our freezer. We are a homeschool family and much of the learning that takes place are the daily skills of this growing endeavor.
