Today's homeschool enrichment program focused on scatter hoarding. Squirrels storing acorns for the long winter. The class created trees with squirrels and moving acorns (using a staple and magnet). They went outside and collected acorns and weighed them using a hanger to see who collected the most. And finally weighed them all together. They collected over 13 lbs!

Today's preschool class (story and craft) focused on the acorn and it's journey to becoming an oak tree.

Today we had the pleasure of joining CareOne at Redstone for their Family Fall Fest. Our goats had fun snuggling and they had their first taste of cotton candy! (Only a taste!) And our bunnies loved being held in the sun. We love the staff and families of CareOne, and we love being included in their events!
