It all started in 2011 when I moved to Nashville. I've always been interested in healthy eating and I'm a big believer in fasting and prayer, too. After a time of juice fasting in 2011, I began to think how wasteful it was to throw away the pulp left over from making delicious juice, so I decided to do something about it. Armed with two main ingredients: Juice Pulp and Flax seeds and a little dehydrator I bought off Craigslist, I started experimenting by adding my favorite vegetables and spices. Then a little idea started kicking around in the back of my mind...Could I offer these crackers to others? Would other people think they were absolutely delicious and nutritious? One by one, I started getting positive feedback...and still I did nothing about it...Until August 2015. My niece came to visit and we wrote down a recipe. My roommate said, "So...when are you going to start that cracker company?" And I said "RIGHT NOW." And I did.
