🍂☀️ Good Morning & Happy Tuesday from Buck Berry Farm! 🍁🐮

We're starting this Tuesday morning off crisp and cool, but with beautiful sunshine and those gorgeous fall leaves showing off their colors, it's shaping up to be a fabulous fall day here on the farm! 🍂

We are back OPEN and operating today! 🏡❤️

Our little farm store is ready to welcome you, and we've been busy getting a few things restocked!

🥩 Farm-Raised Meats – Our freezer is stocked with a little bit of everything! From ground beef and pork to our delicious breakfast sausage links and Italian sausages, there's something for your next home-cooked meal.

🥚 Farm Fresh Eggs – Good news! The egg cooler has been restocked! Our girls are still working through their fall molt, but they're keeping us supplied a little at a time.

🧼 Handmade Soaps – We have some wonderful new beef tallow soaps, along with some freshly stocked goat's milk soaps! Perfect little additions to your fall skincare routine.

🧴 Goat's Milk Lotion – With those colder temperatures creeping in, our fabulous goat's milk lotion is a wonderful way to give your skin a little extra love heading into winter!

🍁 Fall Wax Melts – Looking for a way to make your home feel warm, cozy, and inviting? We've got you covered! Our fall melts are filled with those wonderful fragrances that make you want to curl up under a blanket and enjoy everything this season has to offer.

🍪 A Little Something From the Farm Kitchen...

I've also been doing a little experimenting and tossing around ideas for a possible NEW cookie! You know me, I'm always thinking of something new to bake! Nothing is quite set in stone yet, but if it turns out the way I'm imagining, it just might become another farm store favorite! Stay tuned! 😉

🐮❤️ And Speaking of Exciting Things on the Farm...

With each passing week, we're getting a little closer to the anticipated arrival of another fluffy little Highland calf!

Our girl Gertie is definitely sporting quite the baby bump these days! And I have to say, one of the neatest things has been watching that little one moving around in her belly. It's pretty amazing to see those little kicks and wiggles and know there's a new life growing in there. ❤️

We're keeping a close eye on our girl as we count down the weeks. Mother Nature has her own schedule, so we'll just have to be patient and let Gertie do her thing!

There's just something extra special about welcoming a new baby to the farm, and I can't wait to share that little bundle of Highland fluff with all of you! 🐮🍂

One of the things I love most about this time of year is how everything seems to slow down just a little. The cool mornings, the sunshine filtering through the colorful trees, and the simple beauty of life on the farm.

That's exactly what we hope you'll enjoy when you stop by our little store.

We're not a big commercial farm market. We're just a small, slow-paced, self-serve farm store offering a little bit of country at the edge of town. ❤️

🌻 A Little Farm Store Update! 🌻

Well, sometimes the best-laid plans just don't go quite as planned! 🤦‍♀️

I headed out this morning to have my yearly blood work done, thinking I'd be back with plenty of time to get the farm store opened up for the day.

Unfortunately, with the lab being short-staffed and several people ahead of me, things took a whole lot longer than I ever anticipated!

I apologize to anyone who stopped by and found the farm store closed and the eggs not out. I certainly wasn't expecting my morning appointment to turn into such a lengthy adventure!

🐓 We'll be back to our regularly scheduled farm life tomorrow, opening at 10 AM!

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and for supporting our little farm store. ❤️

Sometimes life just throws a little wrench into the day when you're a one-woman show!

🍂🍁 Good Morning & Happy Friday from Buck Berry Farm! 🍁🍂

It's a cloudy start to our Friday here on thel farm. Looks like rain will be moving in later, along with some below-average temperatures. Fall is definitely reminding us that cooler days are ahead! 🍃

I have to say, this morning has felt more like a Monday than a Friday! 🤦‍♀️ You know those mornings when you have a whole list of things you plan to accomplish, and somehow everything gets a little behind? Well, that's been my morning!

I didn't get nearly as much baking done as I had hoped, but fresh cinnamon rolls should be making their way into the farm store sometime this afternoon! 😋

In the meantime, here's what you'll find around our little store!

🍞 A Little Something Sweet!

- Frozen pumpkin bread — a couple of loaves available!
- Our signature Highland Chunk cookies in the freezer!
- Fresh cinnamon rolls coming this afternoon!

🥚 Farm Fresh Eggs!
We do have some eggs available! Our girls are still working their way through their fall molt, so quantities aren't quite what they were during the summer.

🧼 Freshly Restocked Handmade Soaps!

I've been busy getting some wonderful soaps back on the shelves!

🍑 Beef Tallow Soap — Nectarine Crème
A beautiful, sweet, creamy nectarine fragrance that smells absolutely wonderful!

🍯 Goat's Milk Soap — Honey Oatmeal
A warm, comforting favorite that is perfect for this time of year.

🌸 Goat's Milk Soap — Amazing Grace
Such a beautiful, soft, lovely fragrance!

🍐 NEW! Goat's Milk Soap — Brandied Pear
Oh, how I love this one! A wonderful pear fragrance with a warm, cozy character. It's quickly becoming one of my personal favorites!

🍁 Let's Talk Fall Fragrances!

Looking to cozy up your home with the wonderful scents of fall? We've got you covered!

Our fall wax melts have been restocked, and we have some absolutely wonderful fragrances to choose from.

🧙‍♀️ Hocus Pocus continues to be our customer favorite! It's a beautiful blend of spicy, earthy notes that just seems to linger long after the melter has been turned off. It's definitely one of those fragrances that makes your home feel warm and inviting.

🍂 A Little Reminder About Our Farm Store

We're not a big commercial store. We're a small, slow-paced, self-serve farm store where so much of what you'll find is handmade, homemade, or farm-raised. Some days the shelves are a little fuller than others, and some mornings don't go quite according to plan. That's just part of running a little farm store where most everything is done by one pair of hands. ❤️

With the winds picking up and rain on the way, it might not be the prettiest day to be out and about, but if you find yourself in our little corner of town, we'd love for you to stop in!

🍂 Good Morning & Happy Friday from Buck Berry Farm! 🍪🐮

You know it's going to be a good day when our Signature Highland Chunk Cookies are already in the farm store waiting for you! 🤎🍪

Today is going to be a day dedicated to a little homemade goodness in the kitchen!

I've already got some cinnamon roll dough in the works, and there's a bunch of perfectly ripe bananas just begging to be turned into some delicious homemade banana bread. 🍌

So, who knows what might find its way into the farm store throughout the day? One thing is for sure… it's going to be something yummy! 😋

🥩 Don't forget about our little farm freezer!

We've got a wonderful selection of our farm-raised beef and pork, including ground beef, ground pork, sweet and hot Italian sausage, and I do believe we have some of those delicious maple breakfast sausage links waiting for you, too! Perfect for a cozy fall weekend breakfast.

🧼 A Little Handmade Goodness!

Our goat's milk soaps and beef tallow soaps are also available in the store. I'm hoping to have another fresh batch of our beef tallow soap making its way onto the shelves tomorrow, this time in a wonderful Nectarine Crème scent! 🍑

There's just something special about filling the shelves with things made by hand, one small batch at a time.

🍁 What a perfect way to start the weekend!

Whether you're stopping in for a sweet treat, picking up something for dinner, or browsing our handmade soaps, lotions, candles, and fall melts, there's always a little something waiting to be discovered.

We're not a big commercial store, and that's just the way we like it. We're a small, slow-paced, self-serve farm store, where homemade, handmade, and farm-raised still mean something. ❤️

🍂 It’s a beautiful Wednesday morning! 🍂

Fall is really starting to show off its beautiful colors. The leaves are softly falling, and we’ve been blessed with such a gorgeous stretch of weather. There’s just something about these beautiful fall mornings on the farm. ❤️

I was finally able to get the last of my tomatoes and a few other goodies from the garden canned and put away, which means I can officially turn my attention back to getting the farm store filled back up! 😊

And we have some great news from the freezer! It has been restocked with:

🥩 Ground Beef
🐷 Ground Pork
🥞 Maple Breakfast Sausage Links
🌭 Sweet Italian Sausage
🔥 Hot Italian Sausage — perfect for a good hot sausage sandwich on a cool fall evening!

A little reminder about our girls 🐔… they are still working their way through their fall molt. Egg production naturally drops during this time while their bodies put all that energy into growing beautiful new feathers. So, the egg fridge may not look quite as full as you're used to seeing it. We like to say they're simply enjoying their well-deserved fall vacation. ❤️

🍁 Our fall melts are stocked, with some wonderful scents including:

• Warm & Cozy
• Homestead Harvest
• Spiced Caramel Cake
• Apple Maple Bourbon
• And several more fall favorites!

✨ Today's scent in the farm store is Hocus Pocus. ✨

This one is a wonderful spicy, earthy blend and honestly one of my personal favorites. It's one of those scents that fills the room without being overwhelming—and even after you turn your melter off, that wonderful fragrance just seems to linger. It is absolutely fabulous!

Our Goat's Milk Lotions are still available, and I think some of our newest soaps are just about ready to be packaged. Hopefully they'll be making their way onto the shelves very soon!

We're slowly getting everything filled back up after a busy few weeks of harvesting, canning and putting things away for winter. That's just part of this little farm life—one season rolls right into the next. ❤️

Come take a little drive, enjoy the beautiful fall colors, visit the animals and stop into the farm store.
