It is here. Our quince pie (limited edition until quince went out)

EVOO and parm base, roasted quince, red onion, roasted kale, goat cheese. cultured mozzarella. Finished with prosciutto or vegan salami, EVOO and aged parm.

As always, it can be made vegetarian or vegan.
