We have the best selection in the area and fantastic pricing. We believe everybody deserves to be happy. Our job is rather simple; it is to make our customers’ days just a little better. Other than our families, fine wine is the single most important thing to us. This passion is what drives us to have a diverse, interesting, and deep selection. Wine Philosophy:
Our wine department is near and dear to our hearts. Our staff is wildly passionate about fine wine, wine regions, and the wine business. We believe in representing interesting, small, family owned wineries. We believe in authentic and natural wines. While we are going to carry the wines we find exciting, we also are dedicated to stocking wineries and vintages that receive the current critical acclaim, i.e. We are going to find the small properties that are under the radar as well as the big releases from California, France, and Italy. Malt Philosophy:
Our philosophy for our single malt department is simple: find and offer the best of what is available. We stock a large selection (300+ malts) of everyday, collectable, and high desirable single malts and bourbons. We search out the new releases and always strive to offer highly competitive pricing. My Thoughts and tasting notes: “’The nose is on the deeper side with notes of black cherries, mint, soft wood, and cinnamon. The fruit is pure and juicy. Brunello can come in all sorts of flavor ranges. From the extracted and deep to the elegant and light. This beautiful bottle sits on the fresh style with taunt fruit and a savory backdrop. It opens open beautifully to gain a subtle suppleness that’s very attractive. In my eyes, this is a wonderful example of the poise and elegance that Sangiovese can display. If you are looking for something on the fresher, lighter side of Montalcino, you should check this out!

Mark your calendars! Napa Valley takes centerstage in our next in-store focus tasting! Napa Valley is one of the most recognizable and important w**e appellations in the world.

Join us on Saturday, October 17th, 2026 from 3 pm to 5 pm to celebrate this amazing w**e region as we pour 16 w**es from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. As is the tradition for our Focus Tastings, the w**es will range from accessible everyday w**es to luxury, cellar worthy bottles. While we will be exploring a wide range of w**es, we will certainly be including a significant number of what put Napa Valley on the map- Cabernet Sauvignon!

The tasting will be a free, 21+, in-store event with snacks and special pricing!

We are working hard to put together a special line-up of fantastic w**es in a wide range of price points. With the confirmed w**es and the very likely w**es, even we are wowed by the range of w**es we've been able to put together! The entire line-up is anchored by the 2021 Mascot. The Mascot was founded by Will Harlan, crafted from the younger vines (roughly 5 to 15 years old) of legendary Napa Valley estates: Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory. While the w**es from those estates START at $800 a bottle, the Mascot comes in at a quarter of that! We recently tasted the 2021 again and are very excited to share it! It is an incredible bottle of w**e.

Beyond the Mascot, the list is packed with fantastic bottles from wonderful, everyday values from Jax to a big selection of w**es from $35 to $60. There is little doubt in our minds that this is an event that you NEED to attend.

Got a Full Card or two?? RBB just opened pre-release access to two new allocated Copper & Cask barrels.

This release is an allocated double release of two RBB selected barrels. Both are very low yield barrels. Full RBB cards can be turned in for either or both. During the allocated pre-release access, we are limiting full card purchases to one bottle of each per person.

The first barrel is a serious treat that we had sitting at their warehouse for the last year. The boys at Copper & Casks always take great care of us and are willing to stash barrels for us! After another year in barrel, we did our due diligence and retasted. It was amazing and it was clearly time to release this super low yield barrel. While we knew the proof was going to be high, it finished at a jaw dropping 70.5%. Hazmat! Thankfully, it is shockingly balanced with fantastic richness and intense flavors. The yield on this barrel is less than 60 bottles in total.

As we tasted through a bunch of options, we came across a wildly delicious Cherry Bomb of a cask strength barrel. Interesting, this barrel was at a much lower proof point of 105.2. The yield on this barrel sits just around 100.

Starting Today until Thursday, October 1st, both stores are accepting full cards for pre-release access to both of these barrels. For any remaining inventory, we will have a general release on Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at 9:00 am.

We have just launched our newest program: The Town W**e WhatsApp Community! For years, we have been using a handful of marketing tools and social media to showcase our w**e and whisk(e)y programs. Both outreach channels only scratch the surface to what we are doing and what we are able to offer. Our new WhatsApp community is the perfect addition!

In our new community. we will be focusing on small allocations, high end w**es and whiskies, and pre-sells opportunities. Our goal is to offer more insight into what we have in stock, what we have coming, what we are able to purchases, and what we think is exceptional.

Within our ‘Town W**e’ Community umbrella, we currently have three groups:

W**e Offers. Think cult w**es, high scoring classics, collectible w**es and up and coming producers.

Whisk(e)y Offers. Here is where will present limited releases, luxury hard to find whiskies, and brand new projects that deserve attention.

We will be releasing a series of Library Selections throughout the summer. Recently, we acquired a deep inventory of well cellared w**es from the most coveted regions in the world: Burgundy, Bordeaux, Napa Valley, etc. The w**es will be offered through a number of offerings with a broad mix of w**es in each.

Round 1 of our Library Selections Offerings will be this Thursday, July 23rd, at 9:00 am. The first round will include 40 w**es from a wide range of regions and vintages. The oldest Library selection is from the 1986 vintage while the youngest is from the 2019 vintage. This round will feature cellared w**es from Bordeaux, Burgundy, California, and a handful of other interesting regions. The w**es are all in pristine condition with clean labels and near perfect fills.

All the w**es will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The quantities for each w**e range from a single bottle to 12 bottles.

Meet the W**emaker!!!!

This Thursday evening, July 23rd, we are thrilled to have Greenvale’s w**emaker Billy Wilson joining us for our Thursday Night Tasting! Greenvale has always been a standout in the local w**e scene but with Billy at the helm the w**es continually reach new heights. Over the last several vintages, we’ve been wildly impressed by the quality of the w**es. The local scene has also been treated with an asterisk. People always talk about the quality as being compared solely to the local competition. The w**es are good (for being local). Billy and Greenvale are helping to dismiss the asterisk and elevate the quality and reputation of the entire region.

Join us and Billy to taste through a range of Greenvale’s w**es! We highly recommended attending this tasting. We know everyone will be impressed!
