Seventy more potatoe seeds will be tucked in soil today, making that a total of 300 plants. Most of which have already sprouted!
Today, We will also tuck in 1200 onion sets for spring greens.

Hello members! CSA shares will be delivered the first week of June. expected items for that week are radishes, arugula, beets, turnup, leeks, peas, green onions, swish chard, parsley and more. hopefuly by the second week of june some of my early peppers and tomatoes ripen. I can also then harvest some small early potatoes. Eggplants, peppers and tomatoes will be my main crop for this season along with cucumbers and summet squash. I am also setting aside an acre of land for watermellons and cantalopes. I will be sending you a registeration form and a survey form before first basket drop off. Also please be advices that as of today there is still room for 8 more shares for the month of June although they are filling rapidly.

Looking forward to a great farming season woth you. I want to thank you for helping me make this happen.
