: While warmer weather is forecasted for this weekend, the previous week’s cold temps allowed for some snow and ice making conditions - so we flooded and partially flooded several bogs to protect the vines from the harsh winter conditions. Hoping you and your families are staying warm and we wish you a very Merry Christmas 🎅🏻❄️☃️

: While we didn’t invent this recipe, it’s become our new Thanksgiving “must-make” dish!
Ingredients:
12oz-16oz of fresh cranberries, rinsed
3/4 cup white sugar
1-2 jalapeños, seeded (or not if you like heat) finely diced
1 bunch of green onions (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 packages (wheels) of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (at room temperature)

——————————————————————————————

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until they’re coarsely chopped (not puréed)
2. Transfer into a mixing bowl and add sugar, jalapeño(s), green onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir until combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate the cranberry mixture for at least 2 hours (pro tip: overnight is better) so the sugar dissolves and flavors meld.
4. Spread the softened Boursin cheese evenly on a shallow platter or serving dish (we used a cutting/cheese board).
5. Spoon the chilled cranberry-jalapeño mixture over the cheese before serving (pro tip: remove some of the liquid/“juice” in advance of serving and use for cocktails/mocktails)
6. Serve with crackers, crostini, or pretzel crisps.
7. Enjoy and make sure you save this recipe as others will be begging you for it!

Halloween is here and we are about a week away from the end of our ‘25 harvest season - so I took out my rocker scoop to fresh-pick some cranberries before last night’s rain. : Days 23 & 24 - Harvest 2025
Did YOU know that it takes 3 to 5 years for a newly planted/renovated cranberry bog to produce its first true crop? Farming is a long term game and we’ve been eagerly anticipating this day since June 2020 - do you remember where you were when we were planting!? 5 years later and today we get to share with you the results, enjoy the historical slide show with today’s bountiful harvest at the end.

: Days 21 & 22 - Harvest 2025
With Halloween just around the corner and “spooky season” upon us, one of the most frequently asked questions over the past couple of seasons has been about spiders in the bogs, around the farms, and how frequently we see them during harvest. Can you spot any spiders in today’s video?
