What a weekend.

This is a magic that reminds us of being kids…parades, blue skies, a backyard bonfire, and some long standing traditions.

Happy Memorial Day to all — God Bless the men and women that make these special freedoms possible. It’s a debt that can never be paid, and we are truly grateful.

Boy have we been busy!

We were thrilled last week to be part of at Swan Lake in Calverton! We shucked a couple hundred oysters in incredible weather. It was a beautiful day! And we were pumped to work alongside . Awesome truck!

In just the next week and a half we have two backyard BBQs, a vow renewal, and a 1st birthday! So much ahead!

Keep an eye out…we have merch coming soon, including our own oyster knife, limited edition tee shirt drops and trucker hats, and more… 😎

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Twin Forks Oyster Co.!

We’re raising a shucking knife today to all the amazing moms out there — especially our own Laura, co-founder and mother of five (that’s right, FIVE). She’s the glue that holds the truck together, keeps the chaos in check, and does so with poise and grace.

Here’s to the moms who multitask like pros, love without limits, and know how to keep the party running (even if it’s covered in oyster shells).
