Straight from the oven.

Our Roni Cup starts with long-fermented dough, house-made tomato sauce, a mozzarella blend, freshly grated parm, and cup & char pepperoni — baked until the edges are crisp and caramelized.

Then comes the Hot Honey drizzle for that sweet heat finish. 🍯🔥

It's National Pizza Month, and this is our answer. 🔥

Meet Sage Sausage & Squash — our October-only Warriors Square.

Sage sausage, butternut squash, and sweet caramelized onions — a savory fall build we put together in the kitchen and knew we had to make. Melted mozzarella, finished with crispy sage leaves.

Same 8×10 pan. Same days-long fermentation. Same crisp, caramelized edges corner to corner — but a combination we're only making this month.

Thirty-one days. Then it's gone.

The plan started simple: make great pizza and bring it to people around the Poconos.

Over time, that grew into something more.

Today, Warriors.Pizza has a kitchen of its own, serving our 8×10 Warriors Square Pizza throughout the week—while still bringing our live-fire catering experience to weddings, private gatherings, and events.

Different formats. Same attention to the dough, the bake, and every detail in between.

We’re still building. Just with a little more room to do it. 🍕
