The baby chicks that were born in April are having their first day outside of the door without cages. I’m here with them all. They slowly wander out. See how they do on getting back in.

The chickens were at it again stole my van ran to Tractor Supply grab themselves a 20 inch industrial fan. They’re definitely liking it. It is getting real hot out and because of the super El Niño coming it’s going to get even worse.

On and off for the past few days, I’ve opened the cage, to let the adults mingle with the younger ones had a few problems here and there with adults bullying but after a few adjustments to everyone’s attitudes, today was the first full day. The coop was completely open for all of them to go under and wherever they want they’ve been doing good. Right now, the chickens can only go out if I am here usually towards the end of the night for about three hours. #

I took one of my chicks cage from over the years, put it up against the underneath of the coop. This is the chicks first time feeding and touching grass. They’re a little scared of it. Lol
