First farmer's market in the books!🥖🚜🌾 huge shout to East Troy Farmers Market for having me!

Went way better than I thought it even could! I sold out of my garlic focaccia and pretzel loaf, and even got 5 pre-orders for focaccia this week! It is incredible how much I learned about bulk baking in such a short period of time, and now I have so many ideas circulating in my head moving forward. Ways to make my week flow easier, how to adjust my menu, baking more efficiently, etc etc. Cannot wait to apply what I have learned!!

What a whirlwind this week has been! I was so nervous, but something just bloomed in me yesterday that felt so natural 🌻 I love community, I love sourdough, and I love feeding people. Feeling right at home! Looking forward to many more 😊

Romanticizing this moment, trying to fully soak it in.✨️🍞

For the past year I have been in a state of freeze with imposter syndrome at the idea of finally going for it. While dealing with health issues, the chaos that is life and everything in between....but I am finally launching Dat Dues Dough this weekend!🥖 HUGE thanks to Mutiny Coffee Company for this experience ☕️

I will be a part of two different Farmer's Markets here in town, taking custom orders and will be selling out of the home on our little porch with weekly menus. 😊 I will also be judging in the Sourdough Bake Off and teaching a class after, Beyond the Basics, at the East Troy Library this August!📚 I have been waiting for the perfect moment, but the best time to start something new is in the NOW. Here we goooooo!
