David Picchi is a professional musician living in Holyoke, MA. He plays the guitar and bass and sings Soul/R&B/Pop songs you'll know from the past 60 years. David has been performing and teaching music since 2001. As an electric and double bass player, he has been called to play on many recording projects and is known for his ability to perform live with any lineup, in any genre, for any audience. David has toured nationally and regionally, performing in venues from outdoor festivals, to some of the Northeast's most popular jazz clubs, from casinos, to weddings, from bars, to breweries and basement shows. Currently, David can be seen performing in public most commonly with pop/soul/r&b acts such as Fever (top 40 large ensemble), (duo), and solo, as well as a sideman for hire.

The Meanies have been playing around New England since 2020 as an acoustic folk duo featuring Dan Zuckergood and Julie Schwager, both of whom live in the Northampton Area. Their sound is now fuller and meaner with recent additions of Jeff Clark on bass for the groove and Daniel Kunstler on violin and mandolin for soaring solos and tasteful fills.The Meanies are known for their tight harmonies, diverse song choices and rapport with their audience.

Listening to Bruce Colegrove play is like listening to an old friend - for the first time; he never plays a song the same way twice! It may be just a subtle shift in tempo or meter on his guitar or a simple change in inflection on a vocal phrase, but even though you may not sense the change it makes the song seem new and different. Bruce’s original music has a traditional feel, like you‘ve been listening to him for years though you’ve never heard him before.
