The 4th has always felt like home—friends, family (chosen or blood), dogs, boats, beaches, good food, and the kind of memories that stick with you forever.
I’ll admit, I’m a little bummed to be missing the action today. Between some unexpected engine issues and focusing on my mom’s health, our launch timeline got pushed back.
But before anyone starts an ice cream-related mutiny…
⚓ The boat is finally in the water.
🔌 The freezer is getting plugged in today.
🍨 And yes… ice cream is coming THIS WEEK!
Trust me, nobody is more eager to get out there than I am. I’ve been getting messages, texts, comments, and drive-by interrogations asking, “When’s the ice cream boat coming back?!”
The answer is: VERY soon.
In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful day with the people who matter most. Put the phone down, soak up the sunshine, hug your people, throw the ball for the dog, take the boat ride, eat the hot dog, and make the memory. The only guarantee any of us have is this moment right now.
Thank you to everyone who has checked in, supported us, and patiently waited while we worked through a few bumps in the channel. We can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces on the river again.
