Ever wonder what goes into making a batch of sauce?

12+ hours out in the sun picking blueberries over the course of 3 days. Almost 70lbs of fresh organic berries collected. 3+ hours or cleaning and processing all 70lbs by hand. This is all before we can even begin the cooking process.

Special thanks to Bek, Dave, eli, and dexy Quimby for braving the heat to help up collect berries. This one is going to be so good

Today starts Blueberry season at Windsong Farm in Pomfret CT. Head on over to see Donna and Mike, pick your own blueberries, and enjoy tasty treats in the barn. You'll even see our strawberry sauce samples on the shelf.

Speaking of blueberries, we started harvesting some for our next batch of Blueberlocus. Keep an eye on the page for that soon.

Hello to all our faithful followers, and to the new ones as well. For some time we have been rather quiet. This is due to rising cost and availability of supplies and products we use. Also the craziness that is life. However we are still here, and the dream of becoming a viable company has not died.
That being said, we are working towards that dream, but need your help. We are looking for your suggestions on crowd funding, and different fund raising ideas to help us obtain that goal. What sites have worked for you or someone you know?
