I’m Sarah Sunshine Hinsch, founder of The Easton Experience — an umbrella brand uniting my work as a private chef, retreat leader, wellness coach, and event curator. I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (NYC), with over 25 years in the culinary world and 18 years in the wine and spirits industry. My journey began over 20 years ago when I started

healing myself through high-vibrational foods from Mother Earth — which led me to open the first 100% organic, plant-based cafés in Northeastern Pennsylvania in 2014. What began as a passion for organic food became a lifelong path of spiritual healing, conscious living, and intuitive cooking. Throughout my career, I’ve produced fine wine dinners with Robert Mondavi’s Winemaker of the Year, hosted events with Dave Matthews and his wine The Dreaming Tree, and led cause marketing campaigns like Blackstone Winery’s partnership with No Kid Hungry. Today, I bring that same passion for connection and creativity to The Easton Experience — a community-driven movement rooted in historic downtown Easton, PA. I specialize in:
