Dirty Bird Imperial ESB. This bitter English/IPA-ish ale was inspired by a good friend (Birdman) Aaron Caruso. Sitting at a hefty 7.2% and 93 IBU. Over-the-top hops, sturdy malt backbone, definitely not one of your fruit-extract seasonal shandies. This beer is perfect for drink out on the front porch, back porch, or perched up in your nest. Yes, a nest is the perfect place to drink this beer.
