We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our wife, mother, and publisher of Horse Directory, Lorraine Dittko. Lorraine passed away on October 5th. She will forever live in our hearts and souls as one of the kindest, smartest and most talented people we have ever known.
Lorraine purchased Horse Directory in 1998 and made it her own. She truly loved writing, reporting and involvement in her community, and Horse Directory allowed her to immerse herself in it all. She made many friends and met wonderful people through Horse Directory, and the support these people and many others has been amazing and comforting.
We miss her deeply and are very proud of her lasting accomplishments, and especially fortunate to have been a part of her life, and her a part of ours. • • •
