Founded in 1994, Diamond Knot Craft Brewing is a privately held company and Snohomish County’s oldest continuously-operating, independently-owned brewery. Diamond Knot operates three out of three locations; the original Brewery & Alehouse in Mukilteo, the Brewpub @ MLT in Mountlake Terrace, and our full-time production facility off the speedway in Mukilteo where we also operate a small taproom on

Friday and Saturday. Diamond Knot prides itself in providing exceptional craft beer, food and lively experiences, as well as being charitable members of the communities in which it operates.

Whew, that was….. a lot.

Almost 3,000lbs. of sugar and other goodies and over 2,300 gallons of water later, we have our very first 80-barrel batch of DK Root Beer - twice the volume of our usual batches!

This tank will yield almost 4400 6-packs, so get out and grab some today!

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go find my bottle of Aleve. 😹

They'll be pouring Sunslayer Pilsner, Industrial IPA and Slane's Irish-style Red. The Slane's was kegged TODAY (Wed) and they'll be the very, very first folks to get a keg - even before our own sites! 🙀
