Want to know how the meat birds are taken care of at Backwoods Farm? I'll tell you, the little boss befriended one of them.

Backstory: this little guy had a limp i noticed before moving the chicken tractor. So, to prevent further issues i moved him out just to give them some fresh space.
While he was out, the little caretaker gave him his own food, water, bed and a carried tour around the farm. She now refers to him as her "meatbird friend".

He is doing much better now, and is placed back in with the rest of them. Bottom line: it doesn't matter what the end result is for an animal. While they are here, they are treated with respect and love. ❤️ And it shows in our products.
