Strank Family Farm Strank Family Farm & Fields is a small family owned hobby farm specializing in humanly raising farm fresh beef, pork, chicken and eggs.

We pride ourselves on excellent animal husbandry while also feeding our family and yours.

It’s that time of year! Pork waitlist is open!

Bacon seeds coming shortly. If you are interested in either a whole hog for the fall or a half now is the time to get on our waitlist.

$100 deposit will get you on our waitlist for fall pork.

$500 for a whole hog (plus processing fees paid directly to Merindorfs)

$300 for half a hog (plus processing fees paid directly to Merindorfs)

Our pork is humanely and respectfully raised on an endless supply of locally grown grain, sunshine, fresh water daily and all the endless procude leftovers we can fine. Happy pork is tasty pork.

I know it’s been a quiet couple years on the farm page but that will be changing this upcoming year.

We have picked up a couple feeders to finish out for beef and will have a fresh set of pigs in the spring. We also will be restarting our chicken flock with egg layers and meat birds.

So stay tuned for future posts and information of how to get on our waitlist for farm fresh meat!

I know it’s been awhile but it’s spring AND we are back!

Last year we had to downsize our stock as a result of feed increases, trouble find stock and a lack of time.

This year we are making improvements to the farm and gearing up to getting back into the swing of things.

We should have plenty of pork and beef for those interested. If you are wanting on our waitlist for Fall processing (fall processing means you will pick your meat up from processor between Oct-Dec) please reach out via private message.

We are also toying with a few new ideas, so stay tuned!

Looking forward to a great year and putting fresh, homegrown substance on your table!
