Lots of work this summer has been done around the farm to upgrade the grain set-up. New bins and dryers hopefully means more storage. After this weekend, it’s all coming together and we might just be ready for harvest!! Thanks to everyone for all of the help!

The littlest of J’s has had quite the week at fair so far! Today is the Large Animal Ingham County Junior Livestock Auction. The auction starts at 12:00, with a luncheon for buyers before hand. Come support the hard working kids at the Ingham County Fairgrounds.

Large-scale projects necessitate a collaborative effort!!! Groundwork preparation stared two weeks ago, followed by the installation of rebar and forms. With the invaluable assistance from family and friends, 100 yards of concrete were successfully poured today, marking the completion of the grain bin foundation! We are fortunate to have a strong support system and appreciate the help we receive with these significant undertakings!!!
